Sold our home in record time for a realistic price...very professional, attention to detail and returned ALL our calls and emails within hours...our last realtor listed our home for an inflated price, saying she'd have no problem getting it, then disappeared, didn't return calls, and we had to sell 8 mos later for 40k less!!
