This guy, named Tom, sent me a bad set of 1962 "proof" coins after an auction on e-bay. I bought three sets of coins and found one set opened and taped back together. I sent him an e-mail, but never heard anything back from him. I had to get e-bay involved and they said to send the coins back for a full refund. I did and this guy said I never sent them, he did. In fact, he later relisted the coins on e-bay and sold them twice. Now, he has my money and the coins. On one of the other sets of coins, he crossed out the original date on the envelope and wrote above it the date of the coins he put in there. Beware with Antietam Coin exchange.
