Steer clear. I found this business to be dishonest. I had my air conditioned serviced on a Tuesday afternoon by WC Davis. On Thursday morning, I turn on my AC for the first time and it is just like it was before service call, NOT COOLING. I called the office and even spoke to the technician, both of them rude and defensive.
Their position was that the system worked when the technician was there on Tuesday afternoon and that something new must have broken in the 36 hours since the technician was there. They refused to come have another look at the unit unless I paid for a new service call which after this experience, who would trust them????
Dishonest, rude and ineffective.
