They sent us a proposal and declined to honor it when we found out that you needed a tent permit. This is a state law and they did not want to comply with the regulations to apply for and receive a permit. They instead refused to honor their qui]ote even thought from the beginning they knew that a permit was needed. Watch out for these guys they may not honor their own paperwork proposals for you after you think that you are set.

I would never recommend them.
