Let me start off first by saying I would rather support local businesses rather than going to big retail stores, but after dealing with these guys I wish I hadn't. I went in for a estimate to install a car radio with me providing the radio and kit I already purchased online. They said it wouldn't be more than $240 and it ended up costing $358 which is a huge difference! After the radio was installed I picked up the car and I noticed that the installation was not done properly. My thermostat buttons would not move freely and one was stuck in. Also my temperature knob would not turn properly and my vents were hard to move. When I brought the car back he was questioning whether the knobs were like that being that it wasn't a brand new car, even though I just bought it and it has only 50,000 miles on it. I never received a sorry or anything, the guy with the beard is rude and needs to learn what good customer relations is all about. This place is a Joke do not go here.
