Very rude staff. Horrible service. No compassion for patients .honestly you just feel like telling these people off. I'm a very level headed person but I end up staying three to four hours at this place on at least two occasions. Don't go there unless you don't have insurance. Be mentally prepared for your appointment . However the doctors are not bad. I assume they know what they're doing. It's mostly the front desk.

horrible service do not go there. I requested my medical records from them and after a month of waiting I called them and was told it was taking a long time because I requested my entire record which would take about 30 days. After two more months I called back and the girl that answered was extremely rude she said she had no record of my request and insisted that I never requested my records. I knew they received my request because when I called the month before the person that I spoke to said that she had my request and even read back to me my new address that I put on the requst. How could she know my new address if she didnt receive my request. I was soooo upset I was going through a lot of medical issues and really needed my records but the person I spoke too was sooooo rude Thank God I have insurance now so I never have to set foot in that place again. Instead of just admitting that they misplaced my request she kept calling me a liar and telling me that I never requested my records ughhh.....

OMG terrible service. miss prescribed birth control. terrible staff!!!!!!
