At One time I recommended Every One that asked me for an attorney I have dealt with this law firm since 1994 But unfortunately in the last 3 years ago Most of the people I referred have lost their cases But still have been bothered for payments I myself am saddened to say that I would Never recommend E.Carter Jr.For any type of personal injury/workers comp case He held onto my case for Two years and stated He could not do anything Then why waste an injured person s time If the case was Too complicated for their firm They should have said so two years ago Now I have to start over What a disappointing lack of representation by Mr.E. Carter Jr.

Mr. Don Caminiti did an excellent job for me resolving a somewhat complicated case and attaining for me a very fair settlement. I highly recommend him and his staff.
