Worst service ever. Asked to get some document 1095 for years 2016 and 2017 forms from this agent and he responds back "You can only ask your Health Insurance Agents to get this Form." When I asked if he has copies of these forms he responds back "Yes I have it, but it take too much time to find it." And then tries to charge me $300 fee for a damn copy of tax information that he has on file to just send me via email. Heaven forbid that he had to dig through his filing cabinet and to spend 10 minutes in sending me out these forms. Do yourself a favor and find a CPA that is willing to work with you.
