I called four days ago and left a message on the voice mail to inquire about a childs birthday party. No one ever answers the phone during business hours nor when the rink is open. Poor customer service. -_-

A local favorite for the children, but because old management is still involved there customer service is very poor...for example, my husband and I took our children skating and not realizing that I also had to pay to come watch while caring for my baby I was then approached by security. So security advised that I had to go pay, the young inexperienced girl at the counter had an attitude. I then proceeded to put the money on the counter and she was offended, stating that she was not picking the money up. I said to her that you asked me to pay, she then stated you can leave, like I was trying to make trouble. So I walked away to avoid an heated argument. All she had to do was explain there policy and leave it at that, unfortunately this town of BALTIMORE is very ignorant and filled with people that want respect as if its owed to them. So now my family and I do not go as often due to there inconsistency.
