After being stood up by another company, This company was able to send a technician out within 2 hours. Adam, the technician, was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. The price was very fair. I would definately call on them again, and refer them to friends and family

I had to write this review aft...

I had to write this review after the exceptional service that Alpha has given me. My dryer stopped heat and I almost bought a new one. I started pricing them and I was looking to pay anywhere from 500$-1000$. Then I decided to call Alpha. My neighbor gave me the number because they fixed her refrigerator. She couldn't stop talking about the price and service that they provided. Needless to say, I was very pleased with how fast they were able to fix my dryer and the money I saved. 5 STARS! Thanks again Adam!!!
