They will have there people try to break into your home. Although u have been making payments. They will deny it. Worse people to go through. They are criminals.

I rented a washer and dryer set had it delivered and 3 months later found that the vent was not installed, in this time lint and dust was filter through out my apartment home, I called the store and was told we do not connect such, funny however these are leased as serviced until contract expires, not this RAC. I also have sent several of my residents to lease from this location and will make calls to have items picked up. I has become my personal goal to advise and anyway possible to RUN from the RAC in Guymon, OK. I have called the 800 number, the store, the district manager and no return calls. Read all reviews before leasing at this branch. I will not allow RAC employees back in my home, their product will be placed under the stairs on the morning of the 20th of July for there pick up. The horrific mess behind the dryer had to cleaned by me personally, thanks RAC your the dirtiest. KB
