I brought my 2013 Taurus here because I received a recall letter for a full module replacement. They took my car, didn't give me a estimated time and I had to ask for a ride to work...not even bothered if I sat all day. So I got a ride to work and 8hrs later I had to call them. They then proceeded to tell me that they broke something off the fuel pump & they were going to keep it another day. Again, no concern for me or my work schedule. NOW, 2 days later I am broke down on the side of the road calling Fords Roadside Assistant because it just stalled on me.

I've been back at the dealership for an hr and a half and all I've got is "do you have the keys?" No "do you need a ride to work?" Or "We're looking at it, sorry for your inconvenience."

NO SERVICE AT ALL HERE - STAY AWAY!!!!
