there nice apartments they are well attened for...but the down side is they do monthly inspections but you never know what time there are getting there also they don't give you but maybe 8hrs notice thats if you are there to recieve if you work alday then you may have to stay up and do it after normal hours.. you never know when the bug man is coming...
