this is a great shop with a little bit of everything. I went in to upgrade my mod and the lady there was really helpful and took a lot of time to show me everything.

the other girl that was thee was really helpful, too, and they knew a lot about all the options and all the juice flavors.

They have a tasting station, so I got to try a lot of the flavors.

They also have a decent selection of glass and I found several pieces that were from local artists.

I had a really god experience at this store and will definitely be back. They have a little bit of everything and an awesome cat!!

Do not buy from this place!! Sean is the manager and the guy is a stoned joke. I walked into his store and told him I was willing to pay good money for an E cig that worked the way I expected. He ended up selling me a battery that was way to big for the cartridge, and it didn't work well right off the bat. I thought it looked funny when I bought it, but I relied on his expertise. BIG MISTAKE! I told him before I left that it didn't make the 'big cloud' I was looking for, and he told me it just needed to charge a bit. So I took it home and charged it over night. I had the same issue I did the day prior, so I took it back to exchange. Sean was not at this location, but at there Libertyville location in which he asked me to drive that day. I did so but just to find out that " he doesn't know whats wrong with it, it seemed to be working for him" (his words). I spent a good hour there with him just taking it apart and putting it back together, eventually trying to get me to spend more money. Eventually I just said "fine I will figure it out myself. After two days of frustration with it not working and leaking I brought it back a third time. The girl behind the counter confirmed it was broken and did not work. I told her Sean sold it to me and gave her the story. She said herself "I do not know why he sold you this battery with this cartridge" I told her I felt the same way, it doesn't even look right! I had her call Sean and I proceeded to drive to the location he was at. Once again he said " I don't know what to tell you, it works for me." Now I am starting to get mad. I argued with him until he FINALLY offered to give me store credit. Unfortunately, I do not use the other paraphernalia in his store so I just asked for my money back. He said he could not do that so instead of causing a scene I left. I later took it to a real smoke shop and they adjusted it correctly and showed me how to use it, unlike Sean, the manager of the store I bought it from.

NOT TWO MONTHS LATER.......

The cartridge coil stops unscrewing, and the end piece that goes into the battery fails to unscrew off. I didn't think it was a common thing but I tried to fix it myself. The only damage to the cartridge was where I had to use pliers to unscrew the bottom piece from the battery. But, I also could not get the coil unscrewed from the cartridge itself so that I could fill it. SO, I decided to take it back and ask for their "expertise" again. Fortunately for me, Sean was there again and to make a long story short refused to exchange or offer my money back. Honestly its just a super headache. My point being Sean is a horrible manager, and lacks any kind of customer service skills possible. He sold me junk that was broken in the first place, had me run around from store to store for him to do nothing for me, and refused to accommodate or help me in any manner. I just want everyone to know the experience they will have if Sean sells them crap that doesn't work. DONT BUY THE GENERIC CRAP AT THIS STORE OR DON'T EXPECT YOUR MONEY BACK OR AN EXCHANGE IF YOUR PURCHASE DOESN"T WORK EVEN IF YOU BOUGHT THE ITEM THE DAY BEFORE.
