Shirley, the owner of this company, is the rudest and most unprofessional person we have encountered during our research looking for help with surrogacy. We found her via google search and were interested in learning more. Contacted her to ask a few questions, including a question about service fees, which on her website are SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper in cost than other agencies we contacted. We wanted to understand how this is possible- we havent encountered any other agency that could provide support for such a low cost. Shirley replied to our question with insult and anger, telling us 'good luck finding someone who will help you' and telling us that the money we will spend with other agencies as compared to her would have been better spent on our baby! I was astounded at the reaction when all we wanted to understand is how the cost is so much less- does Shirely not do everything that the other agencies do? Are there costs from avenues that we would incur because Shirely's services don't cover it? We were trying to be diligent in our research and believed our question was relevant. We replied that we were surprised that she reacted this way to what we thought was a normal (and smart question) for ANYONE who is spending thousands of $$ on such an important activity. Shirley replied again with a sarcastic good luck, and even had the audacity to tell us that she told her husband about our question and that she and her husband were laughing at us! I could maybe see that another rude reply would be coming, but I could not believe that she would have the nerve to put into email that she and her husband were laughing about two people who are trying to start a family and just asking relevant questions! I do not understand how Shirley feels she was in the right state of mind to belittle a couple who are researching services before purchasing them. I would not recommend Parenting Partners.
