I have no idea how that person who did the review in January could write that review. I have been going to Chrisann for many years. My podiatrist praised how she kept my feet! As a diabetic, it is important that the tubs and instruments are clean. I have never had an infection or any issue getting a pedicure or a manicure. The staff is friendly and everyone loves Ms. Inez! Lilia does a fantastic facial. The services done at Ooh la la are worth every cent.

I love Oh La La! Great staff and great place overall! The pedicures are amazing, they actaully take time when doing them. Unlike other places that just want to get it done fast and move to the next customer. This is a great place to go and relax.

Best real spa in town. ... Clean with great service. My brows are perfect and I love my nochip manicure!!

I loved my experience at the new Ooh La La. The staff was very professional and very nice. I had the best manicure and pedicure ever here. Lilija does the best waxing service in the WORLD!! I don't know what Ooh La La the person on here went to, but the new Ooh La La has all new spa pedicure tubs and they we're very, very clean. I am now a standing customer and I will tell anybody in the Lake County area or even if you go and visit in the Lake county area. Please go and try Ooh La la, you will not be disappointed.

I loved the Ooh la la Boutique and spa. The customer service was excellent. The best manicures and pedicures in Lake County. Lilija does the best eyebrow waxing I have ever received in years. I don't know what spa the person went to above, but it is not the new Ooh la la. If your ever in the Gurnee area, you have to try the new Ooh La La Boutique and spa. You will love it!!!

No stars! The pedicure tub water was dirty and they nipped my cuticles. On my hands and feet. Was bleeding and scabbed for days! Plus I was the only person in the salon for 2 hours. No customers at all. Probably why it looks like it was built in the 70's This is the old Pampering Den that went bankrupt so beeee careful.
