She is an example of what a physician should be right down to her suggestions as well as her honest thoughts that even though may be what you want to hear hse has a way of talking with patients that make them feel at ease; she is genuine in her concern and knows her limits; not afraid to work with other professionals but does not refer for unnecessary tests/procedures. Great sense of humor. If she keeps you waiting, don't fret, you will be given the same attention that she gave the last patient she saw, she is very patient, caring, compassionate, excellent professional.

Not the caliber that I expect from North Shore. I waited 15 minutes to be seen and another 1/2 hour in the exam room. I would probably still be sitting there if I didn't go out to the nurse station to ask when I would be seen. For the amount that we American's are paying in quality health care, I do not appreciate that my time is of no consequence to this doctor. Wonder what would have happened if I showed up 45 minutes late????

Dr. Villavicencio is a wonderful physician the way she explains things and took time with me as well as my children over the last year is unique. She never rushed me or made me feel like she was on a schedule. Her knowledge and bedside manner is excellent I highly recommend her.
