Even though the inventory on their website didn't match the actual inventory in the yard, I was able to find the part I wanted off another vehicle from the same manufacturer.The process was easy overall (quick to find and retrieve the part) and staff was very helpful.Would use them again, especially if I could save money over a new part or having to deal with getting it shipped to me.

From the staff in the office to the driver who came to pickup my car, all are friendly and professional. Their offer was fair and equitable even after I let them know my vehicle had sufferred an engine bay fire. They coordinated pickup to fit my schedule. Called to let me know when the driver would arrive as they said they would. The pickup and transaction went quickly and easily despite our having a very measurable snowfall just the day before. I recommend them to anyone that has a vehicle to sell for recycling or donating.
