I ordered a Lennox Elite by number, both the air conditioner and furnace!!! He installed an Airease, which is the generic!!! For $9000.00 and also refuced to finish the work unless we gave more money!!! Stay as far away from this "Smiling DOG"!!!! He wont even do the paperwork so we can have a warenty!! Didn't even start the furnace top see if ti works....BAD man all the way around!!!
