We bought a washer dryer set about 4 years ago, the dryer started acting weird lately... long story short we ended up needing a new dryer... Jeff Bonds the repair man talked me through several things trying to save me money but on the end had to come out. We ended up selling the dryer back as is for about what I would have gotten selling on FB or Craigslist, they knocked off some from what we bought from them, and waived service charges and delivery. We got a good deal, they did all that was in their power to keep a customer and I will stay with them! Thanks guys!

Our recent attempt to have our mower repaired by bonds has been a disaster. We originally had our mower picked up and returned after the repair. When the mower was returned, it was not operational due to damage from loading and unloading the mower by bonds. The repair person came back out and repaired the wire. Shortly afterward, we had to call again to have the wire repaired due to a bad connection. The repair person came back again and repaired the wire. Currently, the mower will not start again due to a bad connection of the same wire. My wife called the store to have the repair person to come out for a 3rd time to repair the same wire that should have been fixed right the first time. The person she spoke with suggested that we stop trying to fix the mower and just buy a new one. Unbelievable! This person also said that the repair person would come out again to fix the wire but any additional repairs would require additional costs. We would, in effect, be paying for the repair twice. Take your lawn repairs elsewhere.

Don't do it ! This guy replace...

Don't do it ! This guy replaced and charged me for replacing a part that was not broken .

Not just once but twice , he came back and said he was just not going to charge me a service fee but he charged me more on the same part the 2 nd time then for the first and tried to convince me that it was not the same part . The third time after my husband called him back he finally fixed it but refused to refund the other charges for the part that was not bad to start with ! This guy is shady and replaces things that are not broken and then charges you double for parts and labor if you call him out on his lies .....over $300.00 in repairs and two non broken parts later ...

Beware. Customer does not get ...

Beware. Customer does not get the benefit of the doubt. Repairs are very inflated, owner is rude, crass and insulting.
