As far as I know, Dr. Choi grew up & went to school in NY, and came to TX for residency training at the Texas Medical Center.
His English is as good as anyone else's.

Provided by YP.comDr. Choi has a difficult time communicating in English. He has repeatedly messed up medications. The staff is not very helpful either. Do yourself a favor and find another clinic.
