Are you serious...this guy is a joke. We called his "out of state number" (North Carolina) give your Mom her phone back. (hers's your first sign) and it took days before we got through. When we did talk to him our first question was did this guy even graduate high school? Not the sharpest toll in the shed by any means. No office, the web page they claim they have is not their domain. Either a scam or just another home operated business with no real experience. Another wanna be Private Investigator.
