I almost did not go to Boral because of the one negative review here, but my bricklayer highly recommended them. I received excellent service from all the employees. They were able to match the brick on the old house I bought. I needed a special order and it was delivered in a timely manner.

THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY DIDN'T DELIVER MY MORTAR, BUT THEY CLAIMED THAT IS WAS DELIVERED-THEY CLAIMED IT WAS STOLEN. I LIVE IN TRADITIONS WITH SECURITY; HOW DOES 17 BAGS OF MORTAR DISSAPPEAR? IT DOESN'T IN TRADITIONS. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME CREDIT; THEREFORE, I HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER 17 BAGS OF MORTAR, BUT FROM ACME BRICK. ALSO VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL, THE MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN DISCUSS A RESOLUTION WITH ME...THEY NEVER SUGGESTED A RESOLUTION TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY! VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL!

THIS PLACE IS A HORRIBLE PLACE!! THEY WILL TRY TO EMPTY YOUR POCKETS QUICK "UNLESS THEY KNOW YOU.." I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANY ONE OF MY FRIENDS TO BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! GO TO ACME BRICK THEY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT AND WONT STAB YOU IN THE BACK LIKE BORAL HAS DONE ME!!
