Being new to the Pensacola area, I was unsure of who could be trusted to handle our Master Suite Overhaul. Omega Construction and Design was suggested and so we set up a consultation. Drew Dennis, President, arrived on time and was very professional. We hired Omega and were not disappointed in our decision. The Omega team (to include all of the subs) were respectful, professional and did a wonderful job bringing our vision to a reality! Top notch quality and service!! There are other areas of our home that are in need of some updating and we will absolutely be using Omega again!!

They did an estimate on my neighbors property. I took their card and consequently called them for an estimate. Almost two months later after exchanging information about our home and giving them an insurance quote breakdown did they only then tell me there was a $300 quote/bid fee. Why not disclose that at the beginning. Now I'm at square one again. Don't waste your time.... Very talented, seems.... But shady.

Exchanged two emails and two phone calls to schedule an estimate. Arranged work schedule to be home for the estimate. Got a call 30 minutes before the appointment confirming that we know there is a $50 estimate fee. Four opportunities to tell me there is a fee for doing an estimate, but you wait until 30 minutes before the appointment to mention it? Sounds like a deliberate omission. Questionable integrity. No thanks. The fee is not a problem if you explain it up front; the fee is a big problem if you wait until 30 minutes before the appointment to mention it.

I had a good experience with them doing a backsplash, but when I had two more projects they gave me a good quick bid and then delayed, delayed, gave me excuses and then no contact at all. If your to busy and can't do the job, say so! I've wasted 3 months waiting and won't bother attempting to give them anymore business in the future. Also, it turned out, my backsplash is chipping away at the bottom where it met the quartz counter.

Drew was great. They completed my work in a very professional manner. Highly recommend.
