They charge per gallon for faucet water 71 US cents , more expensive than fresh Spring Water Bottle, and if you call them or email them their response is ridiculous and rude

Been a customer for 2 yrs now and have never been late on a payment not even once until something unexpected happened with my account this past month. I had my payments set up for automatic because I live in Gulf Breeze and work 45 min away and I don't have time to pay my bill in person. I had something happen in my bank account which did cause my payment to be returned. I get that there are fees associated with the payment being returned and thats fine except for the fact that the letter I was sent told me that in order to keep my water from being turned off I had to bring in payment and it had to be cash, money order, or cashier's check this made life very difficult for me. Come to find out I could pay it online they told me that after they charged me another $20 fee and cut off my water. When I called to speak to them about it the manager was rude, hard to deal with and didn't care about people at all. Wish there were other options for service and I could say moreNeed better service

I have never been treated so poorly as when I have to call you customer. I set up e-bill as soon as it was available and somehow your company signed up me for b.nipples@yahoo.com. That's not even my email address. Then I called in to get it paid and spoke to Lisa. Lisa seemed sarcastic and gave attitude. She said i could pay online, but that only 1 person in the entire office would receive the email. So I asked to speak with the manager, who receives the email, so i could verify and make sure that it gets turned back on. She answers on speaker phone and does not even identify herself. I has to ask her who she was. Until I asked if she was a manager she said yes. She was sarcastic and rude. I told her that we aren't getting the e-bills. I asked if she received my payment confirmation and she said she did. I went to ask if i have been removed from e-bill since i wasn't receiving them and she HUNG UP before i had a chance to get question out. I swear this is the worst company i have ever had to deal with. There was no consideration and no respect. If we had another option for getting water in the county we would. I'm also going to forward this up to my county commissioner because I believe that even if you are the ONLY option - customer service should be top rated. This was a horrible experience and hopefully I will be moving away from your company very soon. I miss the city of Gulf Breeze water. They are always extremely nice.



I doubt this email will even matter to anyone, but it's my opinion and I plan to share it with anyone who will now listen. I work in customer service and it disgusted me to talk to your two representatives especially since 1 stated they were a "manager".
