DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE OR AFFILIATED COMPANIES!! This gentleman also runs Pensacola Beach Vacation Rentals, whom we have rented houses & town homes on numerous occasions for many years. I thought we would be considered a loyal & valued customer. However, after I questioned a damage charge for $200 because he claims a worker saw a dog in the unit, he became completely rude & obnoxious. I asked if his decision was based on damage (because I knew we didn't take a dog, nor have one in the unit at all) & he strictly said it was due to a sighting. He told me, and I quote "you are not important, my owners are more important than the customers." I was flabbergasted by his comments and unwillingness to speak on a mature business level. He told me he already charged my account and hung up. Then called me right back to tell me the worker would "look at the stairwell in the unit & would remember if a dog was on the stairs" & would get back to me next week if it was a mistake. After I tried again to have a conversation, he was nasty and hung up. Whether its construction or rentals, he clearly is not an honest businessman. DO NOT DO BUSINESS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WITH THIS PERSON OR AFFILIATED COMPANIES!!!
