Groomer Sue is rough and not patient. She will judge your dog by its breed. DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN GROOM YOUR BABY. She used to be in a salon in branford.

Took my dog to be groomed looks like they didn't even touch her face when I got home I had to touch it up my first and last time going there . Do yourself a favor stay away from these store grommers.

I would like to especially thank David for making our visit today a very pleasant experience.He personally escorted my dog and I through the store redirecting other dogs so we could get in and out without any issues,as my Bella is not dog friendly.Everyone was pleasant and friendly and treated her with such kindness she wasn't nervous at all.I will be bringing both my dogs there regularly for vet and do my shopping there.It was a very pleasant experience
