The owner of this salon doesn't listen. If she disagrees with what you want, she ignores you and does what she wants. In addition, cuts are inconsistent. Very expensive for the service.

This is simply an amazing salon. Unlike other supposedly organic salons there is no peroxide smell and they really know how to cut hair! I went there and they gave me an amazing look! They did a fantastic redo on my wife and gave her back 10 years!

As a cancer survivor I am so glad to have found a salon that uses organic products. Adding toxins to my system is not something I can fathom. Arlene's salon is an oasis in a hectic world. There are no nasty smells and her new, Guilford location comprises an entiree floor of a Carriage House. Arlene has a dedicated wigs room for women losing their hair, while in treatment. What a great addition to the care of shoreline women! Arlene and Ashley are masterful stylists and colorists who pamper you. You will leave feeling gorgeous from the inside out! :)
