first, I have very very good experience with front-end staff. THEY are courteous and friendly and very helpful. I have absolutely no problem with them. they are wonderful.



MANAGEMENT on the other hand, is a joke.



the factory damaged our item with unremovable stain. took them 3 re-do to admit that they can't fix it.



After problem had been escalated, to the managemet, they left us in the dark for 5 weeks.



no communication from management what-so-ever.

no explanation of options,

no explanation of their planned course of actions.



we even left our cell number. we visited the store once every week and asked them to contact us. ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY from management....until we finally raised our voice (with great reluctance).



we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, we tried to be very patient though this entire process but it is very obvious that management does not care about their customer.



for lack of professional courtesy and poor customer service , they get 1 star.
