Had problems from day one with this business and all employees we dealt with (one I believe was the owner) - never followed through with anything and, in the end, all 5 blinds I purchased and paid to be installed were the wrong size - they will not take responsibility for their mistakes and blamed us, the customer, for everything. I now have to cut to fit all the blinds and install them myself. Stay clear of this mess of a business.
