Aaron came out today to address a concern my wife had about a noise in our heating unit. This unit was installed by Franklin Heating and Refrigeration in 2010. Aaron was prompt, knowledgable, and professional in all he did for us. As a result of todays visit we have signed a maintenance contract with them to keep our system in working order. We have been very pleased with the system they installed, the service they have provided, and the suggestions they have made to keep us in perfect working order.
