we have been with this company for almost 18 years with always great customer service. the only thing I wish they would do is to publish a Monday Holiday Nonpickup day so we know not to put our cans out on Sunday night so they don't stay out so long. I forgot to call Friday to ask so this time it's on me.

Somethimes you just forget its trash day!! But Cumberlander is so great with just a

phone call to tell them we missed them this morning they came back around and picked ours up, just good old fashion customer service! I would give them a high five anyday!!
