At Telhio Credit Union, you're a member, not a customer. Learn more online or stop into one of our branches today. Since 1934, we've been providing our central Ohio members with strong, stable financial services, come join us!

When you join Telhio, you're not just an account number...you are a member of one of the largest and most trusted credit unions in Central Ohio. Because you are a member - and therefore, an owner - we put your needs first. And, as a not-for-profit, cooperative institution, our members are our priority - not profits. At Telhio, you will get the same benefits as a traditional bank, but with the added bonus of knowing that you are a member. So, instead of getting "customer service" you are getting "member service" - and that makes ALL the difference.

Telhio is the worst local banking option available. I suppose I will say (or rather type) that when a teller decided to put a two day hold on a check I wanted to deposit (that was from another member even) and did not provide any reason (yes- they can do this and have tried to since), I requested the same check back and deposited it without issue at this branch instead because I happened to encounter a teller without any desire to control the money of a complete stranger simply because they are given the power to do so by their employer for no apparent reason. Overall, Telhio at large is a terrible credit union and I would naturally not recommend that anyone bank with them for this reason in addition to several others I have encountered over several years. Save your time and your money and go elsewhere.
