They were able to come out the same day I called. Had all the parts to fix my washer but one, they went and picked it up and had my washer running like new the same day. Very polite, professional, and saved me over 100.00 dollars from what Sears was going to charge me for the same repair. I will be calling Scott's first if my washer ever breaks down again. Thanks again for the great work.
