Worst run restaurant I have ever been to. Always out of chicken and the drive-thru is the god awful. I went so far as to complain on the KFC website and I never usually waste my time with that sort of thing.

Worst experience ever. !! I placed my order and was told to drive around when I did I was told my price it was not right overcharged by over 2 dollars on one of their specials they had running the combo; when i questioned the price clerk wanted to argue and then was charged for drink but was told not included in meal ...;

I had order throw the drive thur on March 4,2006 at around 7:30pm . I had ordered a two piece chicken dinner and had asked for both pieces of chicken to be legs and my side orders to be mashed potatoES with gravy and macaroni cheese. I had also ordered a BBQ beef meal the one with out the sesame buns because I am allergic to the sesames. They gave me the wrong sandwich, instead of getting two legs I got one leg and a wing, and they totally forgot my small order of pop corn chicken. I have tried two days to reach them at 614-871-0676 and it ring until the fax machine comes on. Now I will let you know I am paralyzed and had to have someone drive me there and I am very angry because this is the second time they have messed my order up.My number is Tara T.
