I rent dumpsters a lot for work. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. I think John runs a one man operation here. I asked John to remove the dumpster from the job site over a month ago. He rarely answers his phone, but once he does, he says he will remove the dumpster tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I deal with dumpster companies a lot for work. John is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I have heard nothing but lies from him. We’ve had the dumpster on the job site for over a month after I told him to pick it up. He always has an excuse. He says he is at the hospital, funeral, court, etc. always has an excuse and says he will pick it up tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. Please do not use this guy!!!

Have rented 8 dumpsters and on time delivery was good. We had them from 4 days up to 2 weeks. They were picked up and replaced on a timely basis.

We have used him twice and had excellent service we would refer him to anyone that needs a dumpster to get rid of junk

Good service, timely delivery. Prices seem fair enough. I would certainly think this was a good deal for the consumer.

John dropped off a dumpster Jan.4, 2014. Showed up later than the time given. We told him we would only need it a couple days. He said he would pick it back up the following Friday the 10th. Because of "bad weather" he wasn't able to come and get it. Finally on Monday the 13th we start calling him. For the past two days he has told us "tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow". It is now the 15th I called, no answer, left a voice mail. He called back to tell me that tomorrow he would pick it up...while I was expressed my irritated feelings he HUNG UP ON ME!!! I will never use JOHN again and I don't suggest giving him money until the job is complete. Horrible customer service.
