The Columbus location is ran by a very dishonest group of people. They will knowing sell a car with false information on the sale add. Engine size, manual vs. Auto Trans, do not believe the Vin#. Even if they know the information to be incorrect they will still sell it with the incorrect information. If you have to speak with the management expect them to be extremely cooperative while on the initial phone call. Just know that once you hang up the phone you will not be helped or get a second call. They will promise to call you back to resolve the issue and they will not call you back. Do your homework, do not believe any of the info they give you. If you do not see it with your own eyes expect it to be false.

Also just know that they are aloud to commit "Theft by deception" and get away with it. If you take any legal action you will be banned from the auction. So moral of the story ladies and gentlemen, IAA is right even when they are wrong. You as the consumer will never be right.
