I would like to communicate my positive experience with Chuck’s Septic Tank, Sewer and Drain Cleaning, Inc. After having water backed up in my basement several times and calling numerous other plumbers, no one could seem to locate the problem. The City of Columbus came out twice, as well, but they could not find anything wrong. Every time we had substantial rains, the water would back up into my basement.

Finally, I called Chuck’s Septic Tank, Sewer and Drain Cleaning, Inc., and they found the problem right away. They found the lines were never connected at the street, which was causing the water to back up into my basement.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and fair. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wish i could give them a six star rating! I had a line pulled from my building to the curb. It turned out to be a tough job. They brought in very specialized equiptment to get the job done, and stayed until 8pm to get the water turned back on. Solved problem after problem as they arose. Never stopped working until the job was DONE. Great crew, great job, and they stuck to their original estimate, even though they had a lot of unforseen problems.

A++++ will always use them for water line service from now on.

Chuck diagnosed and solved our leech field problem with exceptional ability. Instead of having to put in a new system, Chuck saved us at least $15,000. He's the best, so he's worth waiting for. Get in the queue, if he has room. He's so good, it takes a little time, like a good doctor.

we scheduled an appointment with Chuck's Septic to have our tanks cleaned. We were told they would be there between noon an 2. The didn't show up, so at 2:30 we called to see where they were and were told by the same girl who booked the appointment that she didn't have us on the schedule. Would NOT recommend
