THEY "LOST" MY DESIGNER DRESS: DO NOT TRUST THIS CLEANER WITH YOUR CLOTHES:

I USED to be very happy with their services. They did a great job tailoring my dresses at a reasonable price in a timely manner. Unfortunately, last week (Oct. 25th 2011) I dropped my brand new white dress off (never worn yet, tags were still on) and made the agreement to have it tailored by the end of the week for me to pick up. I went to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready. I needed the dress that day so I simply said "okay, may I please just have it back then?" I was then told, "WE CANNOT FIND YOUR DRESS. IT IS LOST AND NOT HERE." I still do not have the dress and was not offered anything to compensate for them "loosing" my designer dress.

Anyway, just beware, especially all of you ladies with nice clothing.
