After waiting 10 min for someone to come out, I had to go to the back an see if anyone was coming out an then an extremely rude guy came out an tell me I should've had the place where I got my equipment from fix my problems an then proceeded to question me where I got my equipment an why would I get my equipment from there..... Find another place to take your equpiment

Upon trying to use the mower after Ralph "fixed" it, I found It is in worse shape than it was when I dropped it off-- and my wallet is $158 lighter. The darn thing won't even start -- and I paid him $15 to drop it off 2 miles from the shop. Do yourself a favor -- STAY AWAY !!!!!

Well I got my lawn mower back today from a place called Ralph's Mower and Repair in Grosse Isle



Now you would THINK that since Grosse Isle is a rich upscale city that Ralph would have charged a FORTUNE to repair the mower.... HE DID NOT!! My final charge for parts, labor, everything was $57.00... everyone else I talk to and researched wanted $60.00 bucks JUST TO LOOK AT IT before parts and labor!!!



And he fixed the mower in 1 day!!



If I ever have another mower problem I WILL be returning to Ralph's Mower and Repair!!



I know it was not an easy repair either! He honestly could have charged me TRIPLE of what I paid for the repair!
