Food and drink were way overpriced for average at best fare. We ate quick because we were starved. But the big reason is that there were so many flies in there. Will find a fast food place next trip!

The guy stocking the meat cooler was very rude to a waitress. And doing it front of customers.Was there on January 23 2016. I believe he owes that waitress a big apologies.was very rude. But other then that was great experience.

We were in Grinnell, drove by the Grinnell Steakhouse and stopped there to eat. The is a beautiful restaurant, with a relaxed casual atmosphere, excellent food and excellent service. Steaks are excellent and Creme Brulee dessert is done perfectly. Extensive salad bar with a wide variety of choices available. While we were there the owner came in and stopped and talked with each table. Everyone we came in contact with was very personable, and provided us with great food and service. The restaurant was very clean and provided a nice quiet place to sit, eat and talk. We will definitely be stopping again the next time that we are in Grinnell.
