I want to thank you very much for the work you have done. Your people are very great to work with!! They are very professional, yet make it fun to be around them. I can not express how wonderful it is in a situation like this to trust the workers and know that they are there to help. I will recommend your company to anyone and everyone who needs this type of work done. Thank you for making this disaster in our lives a lot easier to deal with.

You can’t imagine the horrible feeling our son Chris had when he got that call while on vacation at Okoboji this summer, in the middle of a divorce, that his house had just been substantially destroyed by a fire. It was definitely a gut shot. I want to thank you for helping Chris and doing an outstanding job in organizing everything. The day I met you, you told me you could get the job done. Quite honestly, I had my doubts but you proved me wrong. The quality of work was very good and on schedule. This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Thank you for everything you did to help get Chris back in his home

We just wanted to let you know how grateful we are for all of your hard work. Our house feels like a home again. All of you have been so patient and compassionate throughout this entire process. I don’t know how we would have coped without you by our sides. You helped us take so much of the stress out of these past six months. We had wonderful experiences with all of the employees at United Services. They were kind, caring, professional . . . experts at their trades! We are truly thankful for all you have done.

Last year, two weeks before Christmas, my daughter and son-in-law’s house burned down . . . in West Des Moines. When my daughter, Kristen, called us, we didn’t know what to do. We were so far away. Kristen and Jeremy told us that they had the most wonderful company rebuilding their house. They told us how you took them step by step, explaining how to spend wisely and how you put special details into the house “just because” you knew she liked that. Where does Des Moines find people like you and why can’t you move to New Jersey? We came to Iowa this summer to say thank you and just couldn’t get over the beautiful work you did. I can’t express enough how much we appreciate your kindness to Jeremy and Kristen. If we ever move to Iowa, we know who to call to work on our home

The experience we had with United Services was exceptional! Going thru a house fire and being displaced from your home and all the emotional trauma that comes along with it, to know we had a company that was as good as you were and professional as you were, was a blessing. When we get ready to do any renovation, we will definitely use United Services.

JUST LOVE LOVE Our basically new home. Super group of people. Professional. Accurate. Wonderful communicators. Workmanship superb. Everyone who I had contact with were great to work with. Even when calling into office the people inside the business were just as knowledgeable in their field as the construction guys in theirs! Couldn't be happier. thanks again.

Horrible experiance! Hasn't finished all the work on the bid. (They say their done.) Didn't use resources on bid that we were charged for. Showed up 3 weeks late with out contacting us at all. Didn't listen to what we had to say. Contradicted alot in our discussions about what need to be done and what they could do. Said they were here working when they weren't. Very unprofessional!! I could go on and on! We are still in the process of getting this resolved. What a headache!!
