Excellent company to work with. They are prompt and have a lot of experience. The guys do a great job and care about what they do and how each job looks.

Ultimate services my elderly neighbor's yard. When they mow, they are on the property less than 10 minutes (it’s a sizeable lawn), which in itself exposes the company’s lack of attention to detail. Last fall, my neighbor removed some trees in the corner of her lot and the area is now overgrown with weeds. One day I talked to the crew about trimming the back lot line, and they did...that one time. My next step was to contact the company hierarchy and I was told they would kill the weeds to eliminate the problem. That was over a month ago and nothing has been done. The company’s website says, "We take pride in the work we do and we hope to achieve perfection when we work on your lawn by providing timely service at a great price." Unfortunately, the reality is quite the contrary. If you only want your grass mowed and nothing else, this company would be fine. But if you want your lawn to have the manicured look you’re paying for, look elsewhere for professional services.

We have had Ultimate Lawn Services handle our underground sprinklers for year and added their snow removal services. They have always been professional and prompt.

Trying to get in contact with them is a nightmare, no one answers their phone or responds to emails from their web site. They came to perform a backflow test per the City's requirements...did not submit the proper paperwork and have not responded to our questions since. Awful.

If I could give no stars I would. The company advertised a deal on Living Socials which I purchased. One of their reps came to my house, we came up with a plan and then...nothing no contact. Never did here back from them. I called and left 2 messages and emailed the owner 3 times. Of course, they did ask for my Living Social number so they could collect from them. Very unprofessional! I can't believe anyone would do business in this manor.
