a nightmare trying to get any help. installation, service and maintenance usually takes months after promised. rude staff

They really have the best selection in town! No complaints with service of our spa. We are considering a pool in the future and would definitely use them

HORRIBLE service. have had to work with them for years since they are the only carrier of some products but they take months to respond to problems so you may lose most or all of your pool season. some employees are rude and outright have yelled at me. avoid this company.

Customer service is terrible they told me they would be here after 12:00 took the day off waited all afternoon asked them to please call me if they couldn't make it . I called them said they would call right back no phone call and no show! TERRIBLE customer service I will not recommend this company to anyone!!

I would not agree with the first reviewer. This company is okay. The only reason why they did not have all 5 stars is because the prices for their pool covers are higher than here for example: http://www.purepool.com/pool/covers.html

I purchased a Spa from Swimming Pool Supply Company a few year ago. I live 80 miles from Des Moines and was concerned about service because of the distance. They assured me that I would NEVER have to worry about service because they said they had several customers in the Albia area and have no problem coming out that far. That is the main reason I finally chose them. Approx. one year out I had a problem with a leak and they came out, but the following year I had another problem and they would not come out. After numerous phone calls and conversations, the service man told me that I should find someone locally. My spa set for several years because I could not find anyone to service it. Just this month I finally found someone about 50 miles from me that would come out. I would never recommend this company because they do not follow through on their promises. A business is only as good as their word and their word means nothing.
