I was a little nervous hiring someone that didn't have any prior reviews, but I'm glad I took a chance! Josh was wonderful. Called him on Saturday and he was able to do the inspection Sunday morning. He was very thorough and took his time explaining things to me and answering my questions. And he had the inspection report to me by Sunday afternoon! I'd definitely recommend using Central Iowa Home Inspectors, LLC!
