I went to see this ARNP because I needed a form filled out. I presented this NP w/all the necessary information to sign off on my form, but she decided to dive right in to other issues. I'm not going to get into the entire story, but let's just say that she overstepped some boundaries. I didn't like her tone or disregard for people with mental health issues.

I was happy to find that it was not just me that had issues with her. Had I seen the persons post above, I would have gone elsewhere to get my form filled out. I have no tolerance for individuals in the medical profession who look down on those that have mental health or weight issues.

She is snippy, rude, unprofessional and unless you have a sore throat or pink eye, I don't think you should choose her as your provider because her knowledge in my opinion is very limited.

Carin Bejarno simply doesn't understand how clinical depression works. I'm aware her background isn't in mental health but any medical professional should know that telling a depressed person they "don't seem very down" is invalidating, triggering, and displays gross disregard for the patient's feelings and experiences. 0 stars forever.
