My vehicle broke down so I had it towed to a different shop. I already had one vehicle at USA muffler but when I called them to help me with the tow of the stalled vehicle, they couldn't help due to how late it was. The next morning when I went to pick up my original vehicle that was at USA muffler, the guy told me that I should not leave my stalled vehicle at the shop where it was because they are too pricey. I explained I tried to bring it to USA muffler but they weren't able to. the guy then tells me to call him back with price given by the other shop for the stalled vehicle so he can see if he could match it.when I called USA muffler they said they would do it for $100 less. I agreed to let them work on my vehicle and the price turned out to be the same I was quoted at the previous shop. I asked him why and they said they couldn't find a part used. So now after paying the original shop $60 for the diagnostic work I ended up paying more. I asked them to at least allow me to take advantage of the 10% coupon and they said no because of the tow. The service was friendly but dishonest. Will never return nor refer someone to this place

Very professional staff, cool individuals, will not pressure you, prompt service, reasonable prices. Check them out.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!! They charge way too much for their services. They quoted me 550.00 for brake repair. I went down the street and got the same work done for under 400.00. GIANT RIP OFF!!!!!
