Let me first start off by saying I too work in a store in Customer Service...Im a cashier. My boyfriend and I got to K mart ten mins before they closed not to purchase anything just a return on one item and to show him an AC then leave. When we got to the back of the store as we were turning to leave the lights turned off and over the page we heard attention Kmart shoppers we are closed please come to the front of the store so we began walking toward the exit all I did was stop to look at a swifter to see the price when I heard maam maam come to the front of the store. I told her im not shopping. She felt the need to repeat herself. Really how rude it would've taken me not even sixty secs to look and i would've left smh.......Idk we dont treat out customers like that i was really shocked at the profession

We were unable to find someone to help us. It was the afternoon and we were trying to find polaroid film, which I don't think they make anymore.

The store doesn't have that many workers so it hard to find someone nearby.
