Called Thursday to set up an appointment for the following Monday, talked to Dan, after he explained the service, I gave him my information and we set it up for 8-9 am Monday. I called Monday after 9 was told they couldn't be here until Tuesday between 10-11. I called again at 10:15 Tuesday, just to be informed that they don't service my area! They wasted my time and CANT BE TRUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

We still had the old furnace that was as large as a room , it was converted from a coal burner. Jack's heating came out removed the old furnace put in a new energy efficient furnace all in one day . They were very efficient and respectful of our home .

Just had Dan from Jack's come and service my furnace. As always, Dan did a great job! The people at Jack's have been servicing my furnace for 20 years and have always been great! And their pricing is great too! I'll continue to call them when I need them. Thanks Dan!
