Worst customer service ever!! Every time I visit this location I wait no less than twenty minutes for my order. Today, I went through the drive thru and ordered a Ranchero Zalad, waited twenty five minutes to FINALLY get up to the window (after two cars in front of me must have had an issue with their orders as well since they both sped off without anything) and the girl asks if I had a chicken sandwich. I replied "No. Ranchero zalad." She replied with "oh. Well we are out of salad. Sorry " so I left. Seriously??!! Then why didn't you tell me that when I ordered my food??? Not the first time something like that has happened and the wait time is always ridiculous. Something needs to be done. That was unacceptable.
